Favorite Spot.

Cooper’s Hawk Restaurant and Winery, is my number one, “go-to” spot in Tampa. It is quick to get to and conveniently located for me. For anyone else, it would be well worth the trip to try it out.

Coopers describes itself as modern casual dining.  Having a full-service restaurant on one side, a casual bar area at the rear, and a tasting room/gift shop as you enter. There is always a buzz about this place when you enter, and you are quickly greeted by their attentive staff members at the desk.

From Monday to Friday, 3 to 6 pm. they run a fabulous happy hour menu. Serving up delightful cocktails, wines, and bites to eat at a discounted rate. The atmosphere in the bar area is always the best spot to try this out.  Some of my favorite items off the Happy Hour menu, and must try items are; Asian BBQ Pork Belly Tostadas (Do Not Leave without trying), Chicken Potstickers (sounds boring but they will surprise you), and an essential Coopers Hawk Margarita. Each month they create a specialized truffle of the month, along with their other standard truffles which are always available.  It’s a delectable sweet treat and a great way to finish off your meal. All the regular menu items can be nicely paired with one of their wines, which staff will gladly advise you upon if you are unsure. Whether I have been here for lunch, dinner, happy hour or even ordered catering from them, they have never disappointed. It’s a taste sensation all the way!

That sounds like an awesome experience. I’m most assuredly going to line up a sitter so my wife and I can check this place out.
